I've read through these reviews and, collectively, they say it all. It seem almost too much. And then you actually try Zymox.
I'm not a vet, not a paid reviewer. I'm an average person who loves his dog. My 100lb German Shepherd has battled painful ear infections for nearly 6 years now. I've tried everything from food allergy elimination, to ear washes, to antibiotics. Most of it worked temporarily. But we always ended up with my dogs ears infected and in pain a short while after. I'd say I've spent close to $2000 in vet visits on this particular issue. Insane.
I found Zymox about 6 months ago. I never saw all these reviews before I tried it, but was willing to try anything. I was tired of seeing my dog suffer. Within 24 hours of the first dose, my dogs ears perked back up and the smell went away. After a week, my dogs natural skin tone returned and his hearing improved dramatically (waxy gunk no longer clogging his ear canal). I was stunned. I now use it once a week just to make sure the infection never comes back. It's been nearly 6 months now and my dogs ears haven't had another ear infection.
If you're skeptical, I don't blame you. But you just wont know until you fork over $11 to try to make your dog happy. I'm glad I did. Clearly my dog is too.

Recently, our dog began scratching its ear frequently, to the point where it was yelp in pain. We had taken it to a vet previously for this, and they gave her a perscription that seemed to do the job. However, the effects were not fast or longlasting. The Problem came back and persisted. I saw the glowing reviews for this product over the holidays and promptly purchased it.
After one treatment, there was a marked difference in behavior. She stopped scratching her ear as frequently the same day.
After another treatment or two, she had completely stopped scratching the problematic ear.
Now, after following the directions closely through only the 7 day treatment, she is no longer scratching at all. The smell from the infection has diminished and will likely dissapate after a bath. There is no doubt about it, the product is nearly magic, and to be available without a visit to the vet is overwhelmingly awesome.

As usual i'm a skeptic but there was an improvement in my dobbermans ears in 3 to 4 days and in 10 days she was her sweet spoiled self with no itching ears or smell from the yeast infection!!!!! GREAT PRODUCT it has mine an LAYLAS seal of approval!!!

This stuff really helps when no other RX does. My vet said it's safe to use all the time and thinks that the enzymes help change the chemistry of stinky ears. My dog has tiny, dark, dank ear canals and I find using this on a regular basis really helps. A dark ooze does come out and hang on the exterior part of the ear, but you can remove that with an antibacterial wipe. Follow the directions and don't clean the ear canal while using the product.

I've used the product before so I knew what to expect, but these sellers are rock stars as far as I'm concerned! I almost bought this stuff from sellers who were going to charge me almost as much for the shipping as they were for the ear treatment.
