well...i would go to the dolar store next time for these.....the handles are crappy and fell apart, i had to glue them back together and the stem bends waaaay to easy....just get some at the dollar store.

Yesterday I received the 3 piece brush set for my Drinkwell Pet Fountain. I was able to use each brush for different things I needed. The large brush has a sponge on the end, which gives you the ability to clean all of the filmy residue from the plastic while scrubbing the sides as well. The smaller brushes actually fit in the holes they need too and I was finally able to fully clean the hollow shaft in the top part of the reservoir. The bristles are soft which makes it so much easier to clean. Wire brushes are normally coarse and hard to clean but the bristles are soft enough rinse right off with water.
The only con is that the handles are made of a cheap plastic but what exactly do you expect from something that cost's $8? If you are going to cry and complain about something this cheap..... SPEND MORE MONEY!!!!!!!

The drinkwell fountain can get a lot of goop in the crevices, and this cleaning kit is perfect to get into the nooks and crannies so that bacteria and mold don't invade your pet's drinking water. Great!

The kit had obviously been opened and returned. It contains 3 useful brushes, but one of them had obviously been used before being returned... gross!
Since the whole kit was 8.99 + free shipping, I didn't want to spend $5 to return and wait for a refund. I threw out the brush that had been used and I am using the other two.
The brushes themselves are uniquely sized and shaped to fit the cracks and crevices of the fountain. I wish I had the one I had to throw out.
My advice is to get the brushes... but maybe from a store.
