This is a great product. We care for a colony of feral cats. They need water all the time, especially in the freezing weather. We have 2 bowls, ine in garage & one on the deck. Have to refill them every day. They never freeze. So much better for the cats.

Here in NE Ohio it gets COLD! For the last 2-3 weeks we had temps in the 0's thru teens. My outdoor toms water was frozen hourly. We were always replacing their "ice cube" with fresh water. So I bought this heated bowl. Works GREAT! I love it, my toms love it. Their water is always fresh now. It doesn't keep the water hot, just a tad above the freezing mark which is all I was looking for. Thank you for a wonderful product!

I bought this just about 10 days ago. I live in Ohio and the second night it was out the temperature reached 10 below wind chill. The water was not frozen AT ALL by the next mornign or all day long! I am extremely happy with this product. By the way - the cord is longer than it looks in the picture - about 3.5 to 4 feet long - which was perfect. I would highly recommend this product and I'm SOOOO happy I got it for the outdoor cats (and whatever other animals stop in for a drink!).
