I was more than skeptical of the claims that a supplement could prevent tear stains on my dogs. This product really works well for two of my Malti-poohs, but it is not as effective on my Maltese. My Maltese has approximately 80% less staining when using this product. The original flavor of Angels Eyes is a little better at controlling the tear stains, but the original flavor is not as appetizing for my dogs. I'll stick with the better tasting treatment over performance. I have tried other tear clearing products but none comes close to Angel's Eyes.

Our new Christmas present, a Poodle puppy, had draining watery eyes that really distracted from her appearance. After just 2 days --yes, 2 days on Angel Eyes, we could already see improvement, and now at 4 days her eyes are clear. It will take a couple of clippings to get rid of the old stains beneath her eyes; however, her eyes are perfectly clear with no new crusty stains! We mix the suggested 1/8 teaspoon of Chicken Liver powder in a small amount of chicken flavored baby food and she is already looking forward to her morning "treat"! We are very pleased with this product.
